Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Big Bud Press items, but if the fit isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn garments within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or purchased during specific clearance events are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
